This project was an upfit to half of an existing building. The owner was currently occupying the other half of the building but needed to stay in operation until the building space had been upfitted.  The need for additional space and to meet current need for efficiency combined with a dramatic change to meet modern aesthetics for its clients. The building is a two story clinic with a clean area for exams, labs and procedures and a general area for administration, consultation and conference area. Both spaces are adjoined with a new elevator addition and access point for both floors.
