This project was an upfit to an existing space in an occupied building. The space was upfitted from the bare structure and required extensive remodling from the floors to the ceiling with new innovative materials. The project was located on the third floor of a five story building and access was permitted through the attached parking garage with little effect to the rest of the occupants in the building.
