FTCC OAK GROVE CENTER:  PHASE 1 & 2

This project is a complete renovation of an existing building built in the 1970's. The project was broken into two phases because of the size and the variation of the program requirements. Both phases consisted of the repair and reconstruction of the exterior as well as the upgrade in mechanical, plumbing and electrical facilities.

 

Phase 1 consist of the renovation and upfit of offices and general classrooms. It also has a storage facility in the lower level.

 

Phase 2 consists of various speciality classrooms, workshops and labs.  It also contains a convention center, student services and art gallery.
