Renovations & Re-Use

These buildings were dilapided and worn down by age and use. The building were on the verge of being torn down or left unused for better prospects. The owners requested our help to find new life for these structures and save them from being left in ruin.

There were a few building that required some of its structure be torn down and rebuilt to serve the function of its occupants. Other building were restructred from their intended use to suit the new occupancy use which required a few changes to meet the current building code. Because these building have more occupants and a different use, we had to verify and meet the demands for new toilet facility and egress pathways.

These buildings are brought back to life with new invigorating ideas and materials.
